Our fantastic client provid's domiciliary care on a planned basis to the residents of a fantastic
Retirement Village based in Chorley working alongside Social Services and on a private basis.
The village, built in 2008, is a purpose built top quality retirement complex. The service, which
has been awarded 'Good' in all areas by CQC, is available for any resident who feels that they
need a little extra support to continue to enjoy an independent lifestyle.

Pay & Hours:
? Rate of Pay - £11.60 per hour,
? Hours of Work: 24 - 42 hours on a days
? Shift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)

The Role:
Supporting with a range of care needs and enabling our service users to lead fulfilling lives
including:
? Personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
? Assist with meals and drinks to support our resident's overall nutrition
? Contribute and support during activities
? Maintain and develop professional relations with families
? Completing all relevant paperwork in a timely manner
? Reporting any safeguarding concerns
? Promote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of life
? Assist with mobility and transferring safely e.g. from bed to chair
? Observe and record clients' physical and emotional well-being reporting any changes

? You should be naturally caring, passionate and committed to providing the best possible
care
? Be able to work as part of a team
? Have patience, communication and listening skills
? Have a positive attitude
