My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join their team and ensure the seamless delivery of financial operations and client support. This role is perfect for those who either have prior financial services experience, or those looking to break into the industry. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation to support the processes of the department.
  • Implement applications across various platforms.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates within tasks.
  • Respond to queries and provide excellent service to our clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven familiarity with company processes and values.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally have knowledge of Xplan and Quilter (or similar CRM systems).
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in administrative or financial services roles.
  • A proactive and motivated attitude with a willingness to continue professional development.
  • Ideal candidate would be working towards full Diploma qualification or equivalent.
