This is a great opportunity to join an established luxury salon and spa who have been trading in the area of Lichfield for 37 years. This role would suit someone already experienced and qualified as a Beauty Therapist, looking for a fresh new challenge.

What we need from you:

• At least 3 years experience working in a role as a Beauty Therapist
• Hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy
• Must be able to do the following treatments: massage, facials, all waxing including Brazilian and Hollywood, manicures and pedicures
• Excellent customer service/client relationship-building skills
• Professional approach to your work
• Attend all planned team meetings
• Flexible attitude to work, able to provide holiday cover etc

Desirable:

• LVL lashes, lash extensions, and HD brows
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy

What the role involves:

• Carrying out a range of treatments including massage, facials, all waxing including Brazilian and Hollywood, manicures, and pedicures
• Providing a luxury service and maintaining a great working environment
• Providing an excellent level of customer service to all clients
• Occasional taking payments
• Supporting the hair and FOH team in salon when needed

Salary/Hours: £16656 - £18200 per year, plus commission on sales. Working 28 hours per week, minimum, over a 4-day working week in the salon, available to work late and Saturdays. The role offers some flexibility.
