We are recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor, for our Client who is a growing and successful name within the Asbestos industry. Candidates will need to hold a proven track record of working within the industry and undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys. Surveyors will need strong commercial surveying knowledge, as the client works heavily in this sector. Salaries are competitive, with door to door travel, and they can also offer attractive training opportunities.
Consideration will be given to candidates based in: Lichfield, Tamworth, Aldridge, Rugeley, Cannock, Penkridge, Stafford, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, West Bromwich, Solihull, Coleshill, Redditch, Coventry, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Rugby, Hinckley, Leicester, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Burton upon Trent.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Will have experience working for a well-established Asbestos company, preferably UKAS accredited
- Strong technical knowledge of HSE guidelines
- Excellent written skillset and IT proficiency
- Hardworking work ethic
The Role:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys across commercial properties, ranging in size and complexity
- Working in teams with other surveyors on larger projects
- Writing detailed survey reports and providing advice on removal and remediation
- Ensuring to uphold high customer service levels
- Travelling as per Client requirements
- Working to agreed timescales
