Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on leads generated primarily through social media channels to identify potential franchisees.
  • Screen potential candidates over the phone to ensure they are a suitable fit for setting up their own business.
  • Provide support throughout the franchisee journey, including contract generation, financial advice, and logistics related to product offerings.
  • Maintain strong communication with prospective candidates, guiding them through every stage of the process.
  • Manage a high volume of calls, so a professional and clear telephone manner is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native French speaker is essential for this role.
  • A background in banking, insurance, or legal is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Ability to travel regularly to Lichfield for in-office days (hybrid working arrangement).
  • Motivated and hardworking with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment is a plus.
