Job Title: R&D Tax Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our client’s team as an R&D Tax Consultant.

This role is ideal for recent PhD graduates or individuals from academic and research-intensive backgrounds who excel in technical writing, critical thinking, and data analysis. You will be provided with industry-leading training to bring you up to speed with all of the required legislation to prepare robust, well-structured reports to support Research & Development tax credit claims, working closely with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse technical projects to determine R&D eligibility.
  • Draft clear, concise, and compelling reports detailing R&D activities.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary data.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with R&D tax legislation.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all documentation and submissions.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed PhD or Master’s degree in a technical, scientific, or research-focused field.
  • Strong academic writing and analytical skills.
