Our client is a brilliant hotel group and are looking for anexperienced Chef de Partieto join theirteam and work in a talented kitchen team at the hotel restaurant based in Lichfield. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £14ph

Schedule: 40 hours per week, any 5/7 days

The main responsibilities of the Chef de Partie would be:

Lead their section of the kitchen ensuring the service runs efficiently.
Prepare fresh ingredients to use in high quality meals.
Guide and nurture the young talented chefs in your team to help them grow both in a personal and professional capacity.
Produce exceptional food and maintaina consistent proficient levelof presentation in each dish.
Work under the Head and Sous Chef and communicate with them to run an effective kitchen.

Theideal Chef de Partie will:

Be anexperienced chef in the hospitality industry, having previously been a CDP in a hotel kitchen.
Be reliable and consistent.
Be confident in services for large groups of guests.
Have brilliant teamworkand leadershipskills.
Have a greatlevelof attention to detail.
