About You and the Role:

We’re looking for individuals with a background in advertising or publishing. However, if you come from a strong sales background or are eager to break into media sales, we encourage you to apply—consideration will be given to all candidates.

As part of an experienced sales team, you'll be responsible for achieving your personal sales targets while working on well-established products. The role focuses on selling editorial and marketing packages to an international client base that includes law firms, accountants, and consultants. This is a new business-driven position, perfect for highly motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking individuals.

Success in this role requires confidence, enthusiasm, and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market. Ideally, you’ll have experience working to targets and deadlines, and you understand the importance of building long-term business relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

Package includes:

Starting Basic Salary: £25k

OTE: £31k - £35k - Year one (expected to increase thereafter)

Commission structure is uncapped

Based: At a modern business park near Lichfield (parking included)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Selection Process: 2 Stage interview process.
