Our client, a Fit-out Contractor, based in Lichfield, are seeking a Commercial Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Commercial Manager will be focusing on fit-out projects but in the retail / hospitality sectors on fast-track projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a well-stablished and respectable business.

Commercial Manager Position Salary & Benefits

* Salary: 50k - 70k (possibly more for a strong candidate)
* Company Car plus fuel or Car Allowance
* Holiday: 21 days plus BH (increasing with service)

Commercial Manager Position Requirements

* Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in retail or hospitality fitout
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
* Full driving licence
* Based with commuting distance of Lichfield
* Office based position with site visits
* Good tenure & seeking a permanent position
