The Company:A market-leading manufacturer
Main duties:To manage the recruitment of franchisees
The Role:- Generate leads and pre-screen to find suitable franchisees- Assess candidates and arrange interviews- Handle contract renewals and other legal documents- Negotiate goodwill prices with sellers- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that deadlines and budgets are not exceeded
The candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in Recruitment, Sales or Project Management roles- Franchising experience- Quick learner and self-motivated- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary: Up to £39,000 depending on experience and great benefits
