This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established conveyancing department. This role has opened as part of the growth of new offices, allowing you to be part of a thriving team from the start.
Responsibilities:As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential matters, including Transfer of Equity (TOE), shared ownership leases, and other mixed residential transactions. You will work closely with local estate agents, ensuring a steady stream of local work, and play a key role in building and maintaining relationships within the community.
In this role, you will be supported by two dedicated assistants and work closely with the Head of Department, benefiting from a collaborative environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid track record of managing mixed residential matters.
- Strong understanding of local property markets and experience working with estate agents.
- Ability to work efficiently with support staff and contribute to the department’s success.
- A proactive and positive approach to managing your caseload in a fast-paced environment.
