As part of a well-planned and exciting growth phase, our Client, a well-reputed and forward-thinking multi-service law firm, is currently looking to hire an experienced Head of Conveyancing to lead their dynamic team on the outskirts of Lichfield.

This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career, providing strategic leadership while handling a diverse caseload. You’ll be leading a well-established team of conveyancing professionals, offering guidance and expertise, and playing a crucial role in shaping the future of the department.


To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with significant conveyancing experience

  • A strong track record in handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters

  • Proven experience in leading a team, mentoring junior staff, and driving performance

  • The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external agencies

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively

  • A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Heading up, leading, and expanding the Conveyancing Department

  • Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, including residential matters

  • Providing expert guidance and support to members of the Conveyancing Team

  • Delivering the highest levels of client service on a day-to-day basis

  • Building professional, credible relationships with clients and peers

  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to enhance service offerings
