Key duties:

• Act as first point of contact for customer
• Answer customer queries
• Offering customer support
• Work alongside European offices
• Respond to customer questions
• Process customer orders
• Complaint handling
• Manage your own customer account database

Required skills/experience:

• Customer service or relevant experience
• It is essential that you are fluent in either German, Dutch or French
• Administration skills
• Local to Lichfield area
• Full UK right to work
