We’re looking for a people-focused professional to join our team and help us continue connecting great engineers with great businesses.
What’s the Role?
This isn’t a sales role, but it is delivery-focused. You’ll be building relationships with maintenance engineers, understanding what they’re looking for, and matching them with the right work.
You don’t need recruitment experience – your background is likely in customer service or internal sales, where you’re used to speaking to people, organising tasks, and getting things done.
The Must-Haves
?? Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations to build trust.?? Strong admin skills – keeping things organised and running smoothly.?? Ability to juggle multiple projects – our engineers work across different sites, shifts, and technical areas (mechanical, electrical, site services).?? A curious mind – asking questions is how we get the best results.?? Able to meet deadlines, take ownership, and communicate effectively.
What We’re Offering
Location:Â Lichfield City - less than a 5-minute walk from the train station
Hours: Flexible maybe 9am–3pm – we’re open to suggestions!
Working Days: 3 or 4 days per week , again we are open to suggestions. You would have the flexibility to work one day from home, but we would require you to be in the office most of the time
