The Company:A market-leading manufacturer
Main duties:Offer excellent customer service to franchisees and customers
The Role:- Handle incoming calls, emails and text messages within a strict timescale - Manage and process orders using the franchisee portal- Maintain good working relationships with franchisees and deliver their feedback- Develop excellent knowledge of company products and procedures - Represent the company at sales meetings, conferences and industry events
The candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous customer service or office admin experience - Motivated candidate with strong aspirations to progress - Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner- IT literate (Microsoft packages ie. Excel)
Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits
