Part-Time Customer Services

A customer service specialist position working within the distribution and logistics industry. This role's main duty will be to act as first point of contact for all customer enquiries and provide logistics and exports support to customers and stakeholders.Your new roleCustomer Service SpecialistPart-time Thursday and Friday£25,000 - £27,000 per annum full-time equivalentOffice based in LichfieldFree onsite parkingPermanent role to start in January Key duties:- Provide quotations for customers- Liaising with customers and stakeholders- Understanding SOPs and Rate Cards- Respond and address invoice queries- Track and trace customer consignments- Respond to customer concerns and resolve or escalate where appropriate- Check all shipment documentation- Understanding of customs requirements for both Import and Export shipments- Meet, and wherever possible, exceed customer expectations What you'll need to succeed- 3+ years experience working in a customer service or customer account setting- Experience and knowledge of logistics/exports- Ability / want to work part-timeIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
