Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized learning plans.

- Manage challenging behaviour with effective de-escalation techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each student’s development.
