Are you an experienced PA looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work for a boutique property firm in a senior support position? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Lichfield, the successful applicant will provide outstanding support to the firm’s Managing Director, helping to ensure the smooth-running of the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Extensive diary management, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and national and international travel arrangements
  • Arranging and organising meetings, including preparing meeting documents, agendas and presentations
  • Managing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, filtering messages and escalating to the Executives when required
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Overseeing the management of the office
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Prospective applicants must have previous experience supporting at board level within a professional services environment, ideally within property. Applicants must have outstanding communication, organisation and coordination skills, with excellent attention-to-detail, and thrive working as part of a team.
