Paraplanner Lichfield | Up to £45,000 (Negotiable) | Office-Based
We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded boutique wealth management firm in the Midlands that is looking to expand its team with the addition of an experienced Paraplanner.
This well-established firm, known for its expertise and client-focused approach, is seeking a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to provide high-quality report writing, research, and technical support to its Financial Planners. You’ll work closely with the Planners and Administrators to ensure seamless client service while having the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations
- Prepare detailed reports and suitability letters for clients
- Liaise with Financial Planners and Administrators to ensure smooth case progression
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and product knowledge
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client experience
- Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards Chartered status). Candidates working towards the Diploma should still apply if you have the relevant experience
- Proven experience in a Paraplanner role within a wealth management or financial planning firm
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team
- Competitive salary - up to £45,000 (negotiable based on experience)
