SHEQ Manager Salary: £47,000 + car allowance and benefits. Lichfield Based, Monday to Friday Are you a passionate SHQE professional ready to make a significant impact?We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SHQE Manager to join an established company. As a key player in the organisation, you will be instrumental in driving excellence across health, safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.So as the SHEQ Manager what will you get involved in?

  • Champion a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of robust SHQE systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing and implementing health, safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.Key Responsibilities of the SHEQ Manager will be to:
  • Oversee and maintain ISO 9001, FORS, RISQS, Achilles, and Ecovadis accreditations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety management systems.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives across all operations.
  • Lead sustainability efforts and reduce environmental impact.
  • Manage facilities and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Build and lead a high-performing compliance team.
As the SHEQ Manager what will you need to have?
  • Proven experience in SHEQ management, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or technical industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
