- Champion a culture of safety and compliance.
- Lead the development and implementation of robust SHQE systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Oversee and maintain ISO 9001, FORS, RISQS, Achilles, and Ecovadis accreditations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety management systems.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives across all operations.
- Lead sustainability efforts and reduce environmental impact.
- Manage facilities and ensure a safe working environment.
- Build and lead a high-performing compliance team.
- Proven experience in SHEQ management, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or technical industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
