Description

The role of Air and Seafreight Operator will involve:

• Managing air and seafreight shipments in alignment with operational procedures.
• Coordinating Worldwide shipments (import and export) from start to finish.
• Going the 'extra mile' to meet strict deadlines.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• Creating and managing strong relationships with current and new customers.
• Liaising with the internal customs team.
• Providing quotes and prices to customers and the subsequent invoicing.
• Using the in-house TMS system.
• Some occasional out-of-hours duties.
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.

A successful Air and Seafreight Operator should have:
