French Speaking Franchise Executive

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

£29,500 - £31,400 per annum

People Solutions are looking for a French Speaking Franchise Executive for our client based in Shenstone.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of franchisees while ensuring compliance with contracts and driving improvements across the franchise process.

You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to coordinate activities, from media campaigns to franchise territory sales, helping to maintain the company's reputation as a leader in its field.

You need to be able to speak French as you will be speaking to candidates who only speak French as their first language.

Day to Day Duties

Franchise Recruitment

  • Lead Generation (UK and France): Plan and implement media campaigns to attract potential franchisees, working within marketing strategy and budget.
  • Manage the recruitment database for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Lead Handling (UK and France): Make initial contact with potential franchisees, assess their fit and motivation, and achieve benchmark ratios.
  • Booking Interviews (UK and France): Use psychometric systems to match candidates, follow up on strong matches, and prepare interview materials.

New Franchisee Start-Up (UK and France):

  • Manage the process from deposit payment to trading, ensuring clear communication throughout.
  • Guide candidates through the start-up phase, including financing and meeting deadlines.
  • Handle documentation such as sale agreements, franchise agreements, and loan agreements.
  • Monitor and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Goodwill Audits (UK and France):

  • Process invoices, carry out margin checks, and negotiate goodwill prices to ensure fairness for buyers and sellers.

Franchisee Finance (UK and France):

  • Explain working capital requirements and financing processes. Tailor bank forecasts to advertised territories.

Showroom Supply Chain (UK and France):

  • Liaise with suppliers and new franchisees to meet deadlines and budgets during showroom builds. Maintain clear records of costs and suppliers.

Franchise Contracts, Territories, and Systems

  • Contracts (UK and France): Administer and update franchise agreements, liaising with legal teams on breaches or terminations.
  • Other Customer Contracts (Rest of World): Maintain legal documents and administer contracts as needed.
  • Co-ordination: Work with the sales team and other departments to support contract renewals, territory changes, and departmental objectives.
  • Territory Mapping: Conduct mapping to assess business potential, geographic location, and road networks.
  • Systems and Procedures: Continuously improve processes and ensure department procedures are up to date.

Essential Skills

  • Native-level fluency in French and English (verbal and written)
  • You will be speaking to candidates who only speak French as a first language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment or franchising
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contracts
  • Knowledge of marketing and media campaigns
