Transport Compliance Clerk - Part-time
We are recruiting an experienced Transport Compliance Clerk for our industry-leading pallet distribution client based in Lichfield, Staffs.
This is a permanent role working 3 days per week, including Saturday. Salary is £19,580.

£19,580 (based on 24 hours pw)
Day of work:
Mon,Tue,Sat (may consider Thu, Fri,Sat)
Hours of work:
To be discussed at interview (daytime hours)
The Role:
- Updating vehicle files
- Plan vehicle servicing
- Arrange tyre changes
- Chase compliance paperwork
- Generate driver infringements
- Record VOR (vehicle off road) service plan
- Produce daily rental sheet
- Update infringement file
- Manage staff holiday/sick report
- Download driver digicards and action report
- Book routine vehicle services
- Raise supplier PO numbers
- Send service schedule
- Organise vehicle truck wash
- Uniform and PPE stock check and reorder
- Driver licence checks
- Accident log
- Prepare audits
- Other duties as/when required
Required
- Excellent organization skills
- IT literate (inc Microsoft/Google programs
- Transport Office experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work every Saturday
- Own transport, or live locally to Lichfield
