Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire
Salary: £40,(Apply online only)-£44,(Apply online only) per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday 06.00-17.00 + Overtime @ 1.25x

The Client:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established plant hire firm to support the growth of their team. Our client, who are currently undergoing exponential are looking to onboard & train engineers from either a plant, HGV, Automotive or Agricultural background to the team with experience working on Telehandlers being a bonus.

The package:
· 25 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays (33 overall)
· All overtime is paid at 1.25x
· Additional day’s annual leave for birthday (closest working day)

The Responsibilities:
· Perform maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment - Predominantly Telehandlers.
· Diagnose complex technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recommendations.
· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
· Keep detailed records of service activities, parts used, and work completed for accurate reporting

The Requirements:
· Previous experience working in the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industry (essential)
· Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
· Experience working on engines would be advantageous
· Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience
· A desire to lead, manage and grow a team of your own
· Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
· Full UK Drivers License
