A reputable property business based in Lichfield are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner, on a full time, permanent basis . If you have previous HRBP experience, preferably within a similar field, strong organization skills and an eye for detail and are keen to join a close knit team, then this may be the role for you!The successful applicant will enjoy a hybrid role, working 4 days in office and 1 day at home, as well as a salary of up to 55k!

This role is a generalist HR role and you will be responsible for working with the Head of HR to deliver strategies. This will include;

  • Driving employee engagement
  • Enhancing the employee lifecycle
  • Building relationships throughout the business at all levels
  • Promoting a positive employee culture
  • Supporting on staff development
  • Employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Supporting on HR policies

The ideal candidate will possess solid HR experience at a similar level, as well as possess their CIPD Level 5. You will be a confident, team player who has a great focus on delivery and excellent interpersonal skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
