Job Title: Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

Location: Manchester | Preston | Lichfield

We have an excellent opportunity for a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join a leading consultancy with offices in Preston, Manchester and Lichfield. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of sectors such as Commercial, Leisure, Energy, Housing and Sport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage planning applications and appeals.
• Provide strategic planning advice to a range of clients.
• Undertake site appraisals and policy reviews.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Experience working as a Town Planner, ideally within a consultancy or local authority.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
