Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor - PART TIME - Join an Award-Winning Team

The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor seeking a part-time role in a dynamic and supportive environment? This award-winning niche property law firm is looking for a solicitor with a strong background in both residential and commercial property litigation to join this expert team. You’ll work alongside the highly skilled Enfranchisement and Commercial Teams, handling a variety of complex property disputes and claims.

Your Role:

This position offers a litigation solicitor a unique opportunity to represent individual and corporate clients in contentious property matters, including:

  • Enfranchisement Matters: Litigious cases involving collective enfranchisement claims, freehold transfers, lease extensions, easement disputes, and participation agreement disputes
  • Housing and Commercial Litigation: Disputes regarding landlord and tenant issues, service charge disagreements, tenancy agreements, possessions, commercial lease renewals, and much more

You will be responsible for representing clients in the First-Tier Tribunal, County Court, and managing various proceedings under housing and property-related legislation.

About You:

The firm is looking for a solicitor with demonstrable experience in property litigation who can thrive in a client-focused role. You’ll need strong advocacy skills and the ability to handle a variety of complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling disputes related to property acquisitions, statutory consultations, and right to manage claims
  • Representing clients in landlord and tenant disputes, including breach of lease/tenancy, disrepair claims, and commercial lease renewals
  • Advising on nuisance, boundary disputes, trespass, compulsory purchase orders, adverse possession, and more
