A highly regarded Lichfield based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor to join their leading and award winning property team.

This role will offer you a varied caseload including dealing with sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

Location - Lichfield

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary - £30,000 - £45,000

Benefits - Pension scheme, health cash plan for workplace wellbeing, employee referral bonus, up to 33 days paid leave per year and christmas shutdown and a bonus scheme.

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
