We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team in Lichfield.
Primary responsibilities include:
路 Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
路 Processing cases in a timely and cost effective manner.
路 Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
路 Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers.
路 Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
路 To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
路 Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions
You will:
路 Have experience of managing your own caseload
路 Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations.
路 Be organised and process driven.
路 Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
路 commited to providing an excellent standard of client care.
路 Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
路 Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors and introducers.
