A highly regarded law firm based in Lichfield are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive conveyancing team to manage a caseload including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

You must have experience of handling own caseload.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - Hybrid working available

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
