Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Lichfield

Are you an experienced Paralegal looking to join a long-established, family-run law firm with a strong reputation for client care and professional excellence? Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support its busy Residential Property Department.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with a Solicitor, providing support across a broad range of residential property matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
  • Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
  • Ordering searches and managing post-completion tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with SDLT and Land Registry requirements

About You:

The firm is seeking someone with prior experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a law firm setting. You should have:

  • Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied caseload
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
