The CI Practitioner role is a key position within the logistics network, primarily tasked with driving and implementing continuous improvement projects and activity. The role will be based in Lichfield and will involve working closely with the Operational and leadership teams to improve efficiency and productivity of the distribution centre.

  • Drive and implement continuous improvement projects within the Logistics operation.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to identify areas of potential improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of improvement initiatives.

  • Provide training and coaching to staff on continuous improvement techniques.

Profile

A successful CI Practitioner should have:

  • A solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt or similar qualification is advantageous
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Warehousing and Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • A solution-focused attitude and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
