Maintenance Engineer Lichfield

Our Client are a FMCG manufacturing company. Following a decade of ongoing investment and development they are looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer (50% Mechanical & 50% Electrical) to join their team to perform ongoing maintenance planning in the production plant.

Hours

0500 – 1700/1700 – 0500, alternating 3 on/3 off

Salary

£50,100 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Overtime 1.5x rate (24.75 Days & £28.05 Nights) Sunday & BH 2.0x rate (£33.00 Days & £36.30 Nights)
Realistic on target earnings including overtime +- £55 000-£65 000 p/annum
Further development opportunities with higher salary once at the Specialist level

Duties

Planned preventative maintenance on machines
Reactionary maintenance on machines
Working with food production and packing machines
Daily reports to management
Daily handovers with other Engineers
Working within a team to maintain line efficiency

Experience

General manufacturing experience required
Experience in FMCG environments preferred
Experience in Food manufacturing preferred
Conveyer belt and Injection plastics environments highly advantageous
High work ethic required
