My client have won a £5million Cut and Carve in Lichfield and are looking for a Senior Site manager / Site based Project manager with construction knowledge to spearhead project.

Certs needed:

Experience needed:

Managing a site with upto 50/60 Subbies on site
Steelworks
New build / Construction experience
Client liaison skills
Planning Experience
City centre works experience

Will pay between: £55,000.00 - £60,000.00 For right candidate, would consider a freelance SSM or Temp to perm.
