THE ROLE

As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and maintaining Audio Visual Services for the clients. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch AV equipment solutions for events, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the seamless delivery and return of equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the client database, generating new business, and promoting their brand image through various channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

      Deliver AV equipment solutions for events in collaboration with a diverse range of clients.

Take and comprehend client briefs, analyzing event requirements with precision.

Liaise with the London hire department to fulfill equipment needs.

Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries from clients and colleagues.

Maintain and enhance ATC's client database, actively contributing to business development.

Process day-to-day reports and efficiently manage documentation using SharePoint.

Promote brand image and awareness through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and evaluation of audio visual equipment.

Liaise with suppliers across the UK to order necessary external equipment for jobs.

Perform additional duties as assigned or required to contribute to the team's success.

THE CANDIDATE

We are seeking a candidate with a wealth of experience in customer service, showcasing a proven ability to handle enquiries under pressure. While industry experience is advantageous, we value individuals with a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and meticulous attention to detail. A full UK Driving Licence is essential, along with confidence in using Microsoft Office programs and strong technical skills in the audio-visual domain. Your planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude, will make you an ideal fit for this role.

Please note that the operational demands occasionally entail out-of-hours shifts, which may include late-night or early morning starts. Rest assured, overtime compensation is provided at a rate of time-and-a-half for your dedication and commitment.
