Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in the Midlands area?
About the Role:
As an HVAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive solutions for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a wide range of HVAC equipment. You will be working with reputable clients, including well-known names so must present the company in a good light.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience (DOE)
- Company Van: Option for personal use of the vehicle
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate
- Working Hours: 40-hour week; travel paid after 30 minutes each way
- On-Call Allowance: Guaranteed £1,200 for 1 in 4/5 rotations; travel paid door-to-door for call-outs
- Pension Scheme
- Additional Perks: Company uniform, phone, and PDA provided
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent qualification
- 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification
- Full Driving Licence
- Proven experience in service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC systems
- Resident in the Midlands area
