Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 RMN with prison clearance to join our team. This role involves providing mental health support to individuals in a secure environment, conducting risk assessments, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide mental health assessments and interventions within a prison setting.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with prison staff and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Manage risk and respond effectively to mental health crises.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS and prison guidelines.
? NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)? Valid Prison Clearance (essential)? Experience in forensic or secure mental health settings (preferred)? Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
