We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Occupational Therapist to join the South Staffordshire Integrated Community Occupational Therapy Team - Adult Social Care in the Lichfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to provide valuable support to adults in the community setting.

Role Overview:
  • Provide Occupational Therapy support to adults within their own homes, focusing on individuals with physical disabilities and long-term health conditions.
  • Assist individuals to remain as independent as possible in the community by delivering tailored interventions.

Essential Requirements:
