We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Occupational Therapist to join the South Staffordshire Integrated Community Occupational Therapy Team - Adult Social Care in the Lichfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to provide valuable support to adults in the community setting.
Role Overview:- Provide Occupational Therapy support to adults within their own homes, focusing on individuals with physical disabilities and long-term health conditions.
- Assist individuals to remain as independent as possible in the community by delivering tailored interventions.
- Work as part of a dedicated team to meet the diverse needs of service users effectively.
- HCPC registration and a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Previous experience in a social care Occupational Therapy role or community setting is highly desirable.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills with the ability to promote independence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
