The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a HR Administrator?

  • Assist in the review and interpretation of HR policies.
  • Answer general policy-related questions for the HR team.

What are we looking for in our next HR Administrator?

  • Prior experience in HR or Training Administration, ideally within an SME.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with online time and attendance systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IFS or Workday platforms is useful but not required.
  • Proactive, assertive, and able to use initiative.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
