Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join the team at a reputable primary school in Lichfield. This is a full-time position that is available for an immediate start.

Requirements:- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting- Relevant qualifications in Education or Childcare is desired (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently- A genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of children

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
