This Tier 1, blue chip contractor is looking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor to help oversee a constantly evolving Design package of works.

The Design package is worth circa £70m and encompasses a whole portfolio of design and build civil engineering schemes including bridges, viaducts, underpasses plus lots more with project values ranging between £3m to £15m.

A Managing Quantity Surveyor is required to support the Commercial Manager to look after this package and will include overseeing all opportunity and risk management, change control, contract administration and be proactive in helping to lead a collaborative working relationship with all parties involved including external stakeholders.

This will be an extremely exciting role with an opportunity to oversee a once in a lifetime project and all the components that go alongside this. The role will be primarily office based (Lichfield or Birmingham) with some client and site visits required and also offers hybrid and flexible working patterns.
