Our client is looking for an eperiencedResidential Quantity Surveyor to join the teamon residential new build working on residential projects across the West Midlands 10 - 20million new build housing schemes.
Knowledge of subcontractors in and around the Shropshire / Wolverhampton areas would be a distinct advantage,
You will need to cover the following areas of commercial expertise:-
- Procurement of materials for the site
- Procurement of plant for site
- Procurement of all subcontractor packages for the site
- Tendering and analysis quotations accordingly
- Producing cost plans & detailed appraisals with betterment and monitoring monthly.
- Monitoring programme and cashflow
- Monthly valuations
- Agreeing and certifying sub-contract payment for works invoices to client
This role is an immediate and urgent requirement for the right candidate
