My client seeks an exceptional and well organised Sales Negotiator to join their thriving and expanding business. You must have a keen eye for detail, be highly professional and have brilliant customer service. You will be working for one of the best in the business: a company that has market dominance and a great reputation in the area. You will receive a basic salary + commission as detailed below

  • Basic salary £24k
  • £50 per self-generated sale
  • £30 per mortgage sign up
  • £30 per self-generated conveyancing completion
  • Guaranteed commission for first 6 month £500 per month.
  • 45p per business mile.

Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 - 16:00 with a day off in lieu.Duties will includes:

  • Administration
  • Viewing generation
  • Market appraisal generation
  • Canvassing
  • Viewing feedback
  • Vendor care
  • Sales progression
  • Attending viewings
