Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Colmore Education is looking for a dedicated School Receptionist to join our team at a secondary school in Lichfield. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth running of our school’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain and update school records, databases, and files as required.
  • Support the school's administrative functions, including handling deliveries, mail distribution, and appointments.
  • Assist with various school events and activities, ensuring excellent service and communication.
  • Uphold the school's safeguarding policies by monitoring access and visitor management.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
