This role can offer hybrid working

Description

The role of French Speaking Recruiter will work as part of a wider HR/Recruitment function and take responsibility for a portfolio of vacancies, managing the full recruitment life cycle providing an excellent candidate experience.

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for various stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
  • Communicate regularly with HR team and hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews and screening processes for potential candidates
  • Enhance job postings to attract candidates
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Proactively sourcing applicants and talent pipelining

Profile

Suitable applicants for this role will be:

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in house settings
