Job Title: Finance Assistant - Part Time
Salary: Up to £26,000 FTE
Location: Lichfield
THIS IS A PART TIME HYBRID ROLE WORKING 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK!
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Finance Assistant for a fantastic business in Lichfield. The company has an excellent Finance team and this role would be ideal for someone who is looking to develop within a company.
The Candidates responsibilities:
- Dealing with internal and external queries.
- Processing client statements and payments.
- General Finance Assistant duties e.g., reconciling statements, producing accounts, general bookkeeping, VAT etc.
- Processing of invoices.
- Regular credit control.
- Providing general financial admin support o the team.
Skills Needed:
- Experience within a similar role is critical.
- General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills are necessary as communicating with clients and colleagues is a key part of the role.
- An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a high degree of numeracy and literacy are key.
- The candidate would need to be a team player with a professional approach when dealing with colleagues and customers and third parties.
