Their mission is to create a supportive and enriching environment where every child can thrive.
Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate HLTA to support various subjects across the school. Key responsibilities include:
- Helping deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Supporting students with ASC and SLD.
- Collaborating with staff for a cohesive learning experience.
- Adapting teaching methods for diverse learning styles and abilities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience covering lessons across multiple subjects.
- Experience with children with ASC and SLD.
- Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable.
