A Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Pupil Referral Unit in Sutton Coldfield is looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated support staff team. This provision supports Key Stage 2 and 3 students with social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural needs. The school places a strong emphasis on sports and physical activity, making it a great fit for individuals with a background in sports.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience working with special educational needs (professional or personal)
- Passion for education and support
- Positive, creative, and proactive approach to working with diverse needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and families
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training within the last year
Eligibility Requirements for Prospero Teaching:
