- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines across all environments (Dev, Test, Staging, Prod)
- Build cloud infrastructure from the ground up using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Maintain and optimise deployment workflows and automation across microservices and containerised environments
- Collaborate with developers to improve release processes and reduce deployment friction
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure visibility and operational readiness
- Manage infrastructure security, access controls, and compliance requirements in partnership with InfoSec
- Champion DevOps best practices and help evolve a DevOps-first culture across the engineering organisation
- 4+ years’ experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS & EKS a must have)
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.)
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, SAM, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and DevSecOps practices
- Comfortable working independently and building infrastructure and pipelines from scratch
