Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate classroom support assistant to join a well-established school inLichfield starting in as soon as possible. There are both full-time and part-time positions available. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 4-11 with complex learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:- Provide support and assistance to students with special education needs, focusing on their individual requirements and learning goals.- Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.- Assist in the creation and modification of classroom materials to meet the diverse needs of the students.- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.- Work closely with other teaching assistants and staff members to maintain an effective and cohesive team approach.
